Membership Terms and Conditions

When subscribing to Clean Cloth Nappies Memberships, you agree upon and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Service.

There are two options for a digital Clean Cloth Nappies Membership:
• AUD/$30 for an annual Membership (12 month access)
• AUD/$15 for a quarterly Membership (3 month access)

The Annual and Quarterly digital Membership subscriptions provide you with unlimited access to the following Member-only website pages:
•  Detergent Index
•  Machine Index
•  Sanitise Information

Please read these Membership Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing our digital Membership subscription or using our website.

By accessing or using our Membership subscription and any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

In order to create or activate your digital Membership subscription, you will be required to create a Membership account. The login details associated with your digital Membership subscription, including username and password, must not be shared with any other person. 

You acknowledge and agree that you are entitled to purchase a Membership subscription from Clean Cloth Nappies for personal use only. You agree and acknowledge that subscriptions cannot be exploited for any commercial purpose, including on-selling your subscription to any third party. You agree and acknowledge that you will not share the content to other parties.

This website is operated by Clean Cloth Nappies. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Clean Cloth Nappies.

“Subscriber”, “customer” or “you” means a person who is a subscriber to the Clean Cloth Nappies digital Membership.

Digital Access refers to unlimited access to locked website content.

Payment terms

The Clean Cloth Nappies Membership subscription duration is quarterly or annual.

Payment will be automatically deducted at the beginning of each payment cycle.

The date on which payment is taken may change based on the calendar month ie. subscriptions which have begun on the 1st of the month, may have payment taken after or prior to the 1st of the month.

Digital Membership subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.

Payment for digital subscriptions will be direct debited from your nominated financial institution or payment method. 

It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details and ensure that your payment details are up to date.

When you purchase a digital subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order. You also agree to the billing frequency specified at the time of your order.

Clean Cloth Nappies reserves the right to change the prices and fees at any time.

If you have purchased your digital subscription indirectly through a third party, these Terms and Conditions may not apply to you. Clean Cloth Nappies is not liable to you for any claims related to purchases made through third parties. Please contact the third party directly to address these claims.

When you use your digital subscription, you may incur other additional charges, such as telecommunications fees, data fees or service provider fees. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.

We reserve the right under special circumstances to enable free access to our subscriber content for a limited period of time. To apply for this, submit an application via this form. You will be required to provide evidence for eligibility. During this time, subscribers will not be eligible for a refund. Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions apply to all subscriptions, paid or free.

Restrictions on use

When subscribing to a Clean Cloth Nappies Membership, you agree upon and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Service. These Terms and Conditions apply to both free access and paid accounts.

Content included in Membership is intended for the use of the registered Member only.

All Intellectual Property and Copyright Rights remain applicable as per our Terms of Service.

Sharing paywalled content will result in immediate termination of subscription.

Termination of subscription

If any misuse of your Membership is detected or suspected, your subscription may be terminated.

We reserve the right to reject and terminate any subscription order at any time.

Managing your Membership

You can manage your account and personal details online through your online Clean Cloth Nappies Membership Account.

You can cancel your digital Membership at any time through your online Clean Cloth Nappies Membership Account.

Digital Membership subscriptions cannot be suspended. If you cancel your Membership and wish to reapply, you will have to resubmit payment. The fee is non-refundable.

Subscribers are responsible for cancelling their digital Membership and changing Account details via their Membership Account portal and must check for cancellation confirmation from their nominated payment method.

Clean Cloth Nappies will not accept any responsibility for any claims or unexpected payments that are the result of any request made by the subscriber to any third party.


Cancelling your reoccurring payment will cancel your digital Membership; access will expire at the renewal date. The fee is non-refundable.

You are responsible for cancelling your digital Clean Cloth Nappies Membership subscription via your Account portal.

Digital Clean Cloth Nappies Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You must cancel prior to your next billing date, otherwise your next payment will be automatically deducted.

When you cancel, you cancel future charges associated with your subscription. Cancellation will become effective immediately.

If you cancel your Membership and wish to resubscribe, you will have to resubmit payment. The fee is non-refundable.

Clean Cloth Nappies will not refund past subscription payments if a subscriber has failed to cancel their subscription in time.

Clean Cloth Nappies’ right to change digital products and content

Clean Cloth Nappies reserves the right to modify the content, inclusions, type and availability of any digital product and/or website content at any time. 

If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not automatically be entitled to receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Your privacy

You agree that your name, email address and other required personal information will be collected and stored by Clean Cloth Nappies and used for the purpose of managing your subscription, communicating with you about your subscription and to notify you of any associated benefits or future subscriptions, unless otherwise notified by you.

You agree that any errors you make in entering your contact information and order details are your responsibility and Clean Cloth Nappies is not liable for any consequences that may arise as a result of such errors or incorrect information.

To the extent permitted by law, Clean Cloth Nappies is not liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your subscription, whether direct, consequential, special, indirect or other loss or damage.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a debit payment to be made in accordance with a direct debit request and to update your payment details accordingly if your details have changed since your last billing date.

It is your responsibility to check your account statements to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct and notify Clean Cloth Nappies and change your Account details if you believe you are being billed incorrectly.

Clean Cloth Nappies will not refund past subscription payments if a subscriber has failed to cancel their subscription in time.

If you are experiencing any technical issues accessing your digital Membership subscription, it is your responsibility to resolve these issues.


You agree that all subscriptions provided, benefits accepted or offers made by Clean Cloth Nappies shall be deemed to be provided in Australia, notwithstanding your location, and the terms of such subscriptions, benefits and offers shall be governed exclusively by South Australian law, and the Courts of South Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such matters that may arise involving or alleged to involve Clean Cloth Nappies.

You acknowledge that these digital Membership subscription Terms and Conditions may be modified by Clean Cloth Nappies from time to time, including but not limited to terms relating to fees and charges, cancellation and modifying your subscription.
