Website Subscription and Account FAQs

There are three options for a digital Clean Cloth Nappies website subscription:

  • AUD/$5 for unlimited access to the Customisable Wash Routine Template only, this option is a one off purchase and does not provide access to any other subscription section of the website.
  • AUD/$30 for an annual Membership
  • AUD/$5 per month, for a monthly Membership

The Annual and Monthly digital Membership subscriptions provide you with unlimited access to the following Member only website pages:

  • Customisable Wash Routine Template
  • Detergent Index (AU/NZ /UK)
  • Sanitise information (AU/NZ/UK)

By Subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are entitled to purchase a Membership subscription from Clean Cloth Nappies for personal use only. You agree and acknowledge that subscriptions cannot be exploited for any commercial purpose, including on-selling your subscription to any third party. You agree and acknowledge that you will not share the content to other parties.

If you distribute paywalled information, your subscription will be removed and you will be removed from the Clean Cloth Nappies Facebook group without notice.

How do I log onto my account?

Via the Log On page, it is located under the Becoming a Website Member menu.

I want to change my password

You can do so by choosing the Change password option on the Account page.

I can’t log into my account

If you can’t log in, please try a different browser, clear your caching, or try a different device, check you have entered in the correct user name and password.

I get redirected back to the Log in page

This happens after proving your humanity, it is annoying but it is automated by the system.

I want to change my account

You can do so by choosing the Change option on the Account page, complete the payment process to finalise the account change.

I want to cancel my account

You can do so by choosing the Cancel option on the Account page.

You can also cancel via PayPal.

Please be aware if you cancel your Account, you are removed immediately from the system this is something that can’t be changed unfortunately because it is automated.

I cancelled my account but I want to rejoin

If cancelling your Membership, and wishing to reapply, you will have to resubmit payment for that month. The fee is non refundable. Please resubscribe via the Account page.

If you cancel the reoccurring transaction in PayPal it will automatically cancel your subscription

Cancelling your reoccurring PayPal payment will automatically cancel your Digital Membership. The fee is non refundable.
This is something which is automated by the system and we are unable to change it.

My account wasn’t set up but payment was taken

This is an annoying bug for certain people, please email admin@cleanclothnappies.com with your full name, PayPal name (if it is different) and PayPal email. Please be aware that emails are actioned within 48 hours.

I paid for a subscription but I want a refund

Please read through the Terms and Conditions to ensure you are eligible for a refund, and then email with your full name, PayPal name if it is different and PayPal email. If you are eligible, you will receive one.

I don’t want to set up a PayPal account to become a website member

At the moment the only payment option is via PayPal, this payment option was chosen because it is the safest for people because PayPal has a very secure system. When it is possible a new payment option will be added.
