Options for a digital Clean Cloth Nappies Membership:

• Annual Membership AUD/$30 (12 month recurring billing cycle)
• Quarterly Membership AUD/$15 (3 month recurring billing cycle)
• Removing mould from textiles AUD/$10 (2 month recurring billing cycle)

By Subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are entitled to purchase a Membership subscription from Clean Cloth Nappies for personal use only. You agree and acknowledge that subscriptions cannot be exploited for any commercial purpose, including on-selling your subscription to any third party. You agree and acknowledge that you will not share the content to other parties.

If you distribute paywalled information, your subscription will be terminated and you will be removed from the Clean Cloth Nappies Facebook group without notice.

How do I log onto my Subscription?

Via the Log On page, it is located under the Becoming a Website Member menu.

I can’t log in

If you can’t log in, please try a different browser (Chrome is often the best option), clear your caching, or try a different device, check you have entered in the correct user name and password. Please choose the Forgot Password option to reset your password. If you are still having issues please email accounts@cleanclothnappies.com

I want to change my password

You can do so by choosing the Change password option on the Account page. Please choose the Forgot Password option to reset your password.

I want to change my Subscription

You can do so by choosing the Change option on the Account page, complete the payment process to finalise the account change.

If you started on the Quarterly option and would like to move to the Annual option, payment will need to be resubmitted. Previous payments up to the total amount for an Annual subscription, are non refundable. Subscriptions will not automatically transfer from Quarterly to Annual once the payment for Annual has been reached.

I want to cancel my Subscription

You can do so by choosing the Cancel option on the Account page. It is the Subscribers responsibility to cancel their digital membership.

I cancelled my Subscription but I want to rejoin

If cancelling your Membership, and wishing to reapply, you will have to resubmit payment for that month. The fee is non refundable. Please resubscribe via the Account page.

If you cancel the reoccurring payment it will automatically cancel your Subscription

Cancelling your reoccurring payment will cancel your Digital Membership, access will expire at the renewal date. The fee is non refundable.

Payments

The date on which payment is taken may change based on the calendar month ie. subscriptions which have begun on the 1st of the month, may have payment taken after or prior to the 1st of the month.

I paid for a Subscription but I want a refund

Please read through the Terms and Conditions, refunds are not provided due to change of mind, or if accounts have not being cancelled in time prior to renewal of payment.
Refunds are only provided in the situations of system errors, eg. double payments.
