Patreon members
If you a patron use the red “Log in with Patreon” button to connect the website to your Patreon account.
Troubleshooting Patreon account issues
Occasionally, members accidentally connect a non-paying Patreon account to the website
This can happen for several reasons:
- Signing up to Patreon with one email, then connecting a different email to the Clean Cloth Nappies website.
- A misspelling of your email address inside your Patreon account.
- Signing up to Patreon using Apple’s ‘Sign in with Apple‘ or ‘Hide My Email‘ feature, then connecting your personal email address to the Clean Cloth Nappies website.
- Using ‘Hide My Email’ generates a unique email that ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
- This is the email address stored in Patreon
- You must continue to use ‘Sign in with Apple’ or the appleid.com email address to connect your Patreon account to the Clean Cloth Nappies website.
It helps to log directly into Patreon (patreon.com) to ensure you have the correct email and password.
After confirming the correct email, log out of the website and then reconnect to the website using the correct account details. If this does not work, open an incognito or private browser tab, and log in on that.
Troubleshooting Patreon cache issues
If you cannot connect to Patreon, it might mean an older version of the page is stored in your browser cache.
You need to force your browser to load a fresh copy of this page. There are several ways to do this:
- Switch browsers (for example, if you are currently using Chrome, open the page on Firefox)
- Use incognito or private browsing mode
- Use a different device
- Clear the browser cache for a specific page
Clicking the Refresh arrow on your browser address bar is not a hard refresh. It takes specific steps. How to force your browser to do a hard refresh.

Check you have entered the correct username and password. Please use the Lost Password link (cleanclothnappies.com/login/?action=reset_pass) to reset your password.
